We collaborate with universities, research institutes, and academic programs to support innovation in agriculture.

Cornell Nutrient Management Spear Program (NMSP) leader and CAST collaborator Quirine Ketterings and her team are using data from CAST fields to evaluate and improve the accuracy of GeoPard’s algorithms to map yield and determine synthetic yield. Together with GeoPard, they are also assessing data quality and protocols to generate yield stability zone maps for fields with multiple years of data.

As part of the collaboration, NUBiP master’s and postgraduate students will gain access to GeoPard’s professional tools for satellite data analysis, variable rate application (VRA) planning, and field production potential research. This will allow future agronomists and scientists to apply modern digital technologies that are already used in leading agricultural holdings and farms in Europe, the USA, and Latin America.

LfL (the Bavarian State Research Center for Agriculture) and GeoPard, through the Future Crop Farming project, are advancing analysis tools for unconventional field structures by leveraging GeoPard’s advanced spatial analytics platform to complement LfL’s research results and create clear visualizations for communicating project insights to the public. With a shared focus on precision farming, productivity, and environmental stewardship, this innovative LfL project highlights the potential for a more sustainable future in crop production.

The AKI4KMU project, led by a consortium including Hochschule Hamm-Lippstadt, FlyPard Analytics GmbH, and Pfeifer & Langen GmbH & Co. KG, focuses on harnessing artificial intelligence (AI) and modern communication technologies to drive innovation and sustainability, particularly in the agricultural sector.

As part of the EU-funded ECO-Ready initiative, GeoPard contributed to the Lippe Living Lab by supporting targeted soil sampling and field monitoring. Productivity maps and scouting apps informed recommendations for farmers on managing field variability and optimizing inputs under climate stress.

As part of a biodiversity monitoring project led by the Helmholtz Centre Potsdam – GFZ, GeoPard delivered multi-year
datasets covering diverse ecosystems, from deserts to river deltas. The data was prepared to support AI-based modeling, enabling researchers to focus on interpretation rather than preprocessing.
Scientific research in agriculture and environmental science increasingly depends on reliable, well-structured geospatial data.
GeoPard supports this work by providing standardized remote sensing datasets, such as Sentinel-2 time series
and elevation models, formatted and calibrated for use in AI modeling and analysis.

GeoPard supports academic programs by offering access to its precision agriculture platform for teaching and student research. Through partnerships with universities, GeoPard is integrated into coursework, lab activities, and field-based assignments.
At the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine (NUBiP), GeoPard collaborates with the Department of Agrochemistry and Quality of Crop Production, part of the Faculty of Agribiology. As part of this partnership, GeoPard is included in the Master’s program “Agrochemical Service in Precision Agricultural Production”, and is also used during field studies, demo days, and workshops involving consultants and specialists.
In addition, GeoPard offers trial accounts, learning resources, and guest lectures to institutions teaching agronomy, environmental science, and GIS. These initiatives help prepare students for data-driven roles in modern agriculture.
GeoPard works with universities and research institutions on diverse
projects, from validating field analytics to contributing
“to grant-funded initiatives.
GeoPard continues to collaborate on research in areas such as yield modeling, carbon farming,
and remote sensing-based decision support. We also support academic partners in
grant projects and proposals (e.g., EIC Pathfinder, national R&D programs)
and provide early access to experimental features and co-development opportunities.
GeoPard is open to supporting scientific and educational initiatives through research partnerships, academic access, and customized data services.
Let’s advance sustainable agriculture together through science, education, and innovation.

Keep all necessary data always in your pocket to access it online and offline in the fields immediately.Winning teams choose GeoPard
GeoPard’s analytics have made it easy for our team and farmers to use precision ag tools effectively. Reliable analytics and consistent support throughout the season have improved input planning and management. We are confident that the synergy between our department and GeoPard will bring significant changes and benefits to our customers.
We are happy to have GeoPard as part of the platforms working with SoilOptix® data to enable growers and agronomists with the tools to accurately and visually analyze and manage their fields.
GeoPard Agriculture is a system in which I can store my own data, and also receive current information from satellite images directly from my fields. A system that securely stores my own data ‘in the cloud’, so that I have access to the stored information at any time and at any location. But I also think it’s important that the data is only shared with others if I give permission for this myself, and if I no longer want to share the data, then I can immediately stop the data sharing.
Data visualization leads to the creation of ideas and analytics helps us to solve problems. GeoPard’s platform not only helps us visualize data but also gives us the tools to analyze data so we can create solutions and write prescriptions agronomists.
Using Geopard has streamlined key parts of our workflow. In seasons where time is money, we can rely on the team at Geopard to get it done.
Geopard is a great tool for us to build management zones with. When we don’t have access to multiple years worth of yield data for a grower, we can utilize GeoPard and the 20+ years of satellite imagery it gives us to build our management zones.
It is a pleasure to cooperate with GeoPard. Not only the solutions are innovative, but also the service is excellent.
When I compare the +20 year GeoPard product map to fields we have a multiple year average yield data its a very close match. The +20 year average map is an excellent product for growers lacking good yield data.
