Tieto hrozby ohrozuj\u00fa zdravie, odolnos\u0165 a produktivitu prirodzen\u00fdch lesov aj lesn\u00fdch plant\u00e1\u017e\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>\u00da\u010dinn\u00e9 riadenie t\u00fdchto probl\u00e9mov si vy\u017eaduje v\u010dasn\u00e9 odhalenie a konanie, \u010do je na ve\u013ek\u00fdch ploch\u00e1ch n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9. Vedci si uvedomuj\u00fa d\u00f4le\u017eitos\u0165 tejto situ\u00e1cie a vyvinuli nov\u00e9 technol\u00f3gie zalo\u017een\u00e9 na \u00fadajoch z pozorovania Zeme na monitorovanie a riadenie degrad\u00e1cie lesov.<\/p>\n<p>Ned\u00e1vna \u0161t\u00fadia predstavuje pr\u00edstup zalo\u017een\u00fd na strojovom u\u010den\u00ed na identifik\u00e1ciu po\u0161koden\u00fdch lesov pomocou sn\u00edmok dia\u013ekov\u00e9ho prieskumu Zeme z otvoren\u00e9ho zdroja zo Sentinel-2, podporen\u00fdch \u00fadajmi z Google Earth. Tento pr\u00edstup sa zameriava najm\u00e4 na bore\u00e1lne lesy postihnut\u00e9 podk\u00f4rnym hmyzom Polygraphus proximus Blandford.<\/p>\n<p>\u0160t\u00fadia vyu\u017eila kombin\u00e1ciu sn\u00edmok dia\u013ekov\u00e9ho prieskumu Zeme a algoritmov strojov\u00e9ho u\u010denia na detekciu a pos\u00fadenie po\u0161kodenia lesov. Tu je stru\u010dn\u00e9 zhrnutie ich metodiky a zisten\u00ed:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Anot\u00e1cia obr\u00e1zkov a v\u00fdvoj algoritmov:<\/strong> V\u00fdskumn\u00edci za\u010dali anotovan\u00edm obr\u00e1zkov v kan\u00e1loch, ktor\u00e9 zodpovedaj\u00fa prirodzen\u00e9mu vn\u00edmaniu farieb (\u010derven\u00e1, zelen\u00e1 a modr\u00e1) dostupn\u00e9mu v aplik\u00e1cii Google Earth. N\u00e1sledne aplikovali hlbok\u00e9 neur\u00f3nov\u00e9 siete v dvoch formul\u00e1ci\u00e1ch probl\u00e9mov: s\u00e9mantick\u00e1 segment\u00e1cia a detekcia.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Experiment\u00e1lne v\u00fdsledky:<\/strong> Prostredn\u00edctvom svojich experimentov v\u00fdskumn\u00edci vyvinuli model, ktor\u00fd kvantitat\u00edvne hodnot\u00ed zmeny v cie\u013eov\u00fdch objektoch s vysokou presnos\u0165ou. Model dosiahol sk\u00f3re F1 84,56%, \u010d\u00edm efekt\u00edvne ur\u010dil po\u010det po\u0161koden\u00fdch stromov a odhadol plochy zaberan\u00e9 uschnut\u00fdmi porastami.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Integr\u00e1cia so sn\u00edmkami zo satelitu Sentinel-2:<\/strong> Masky po\u0161kodenia z\u00edskan\u00e9 zo sn\u00edmok s vysok\u00fdm rozl\u00ed\u0161en\u00edm boli integrovan\u00e9 so sn\u00edmkami zo Sentinel-2 so stredn\u00fdm rozl\u00ed\u0161en\u00edm. T\u00e1to integr\u00e1cia dosiahla presnos\u0165 81,26%, v\u010faka \u010domu je rie\u0161enie vhodn\u00e9 pre opera\u010dn\u00e9 monitorovacie syst\u00e9my. Tento pokrok pon\u00faka r\u00fdchlu a n\u00e1kladovo efekt\u00edvnu met\u00f3du na rozpozn\u00e1vanie po\u0161koden\u00fdch lesov v regi\u00f3ne.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Jedine\u010dn\u00fd anotovan\u00fd s\u00fabor \u00fadajov:<\/strong> Okrem toho v\u00fdskumn\u00edci zostavili jedine\u010dn\u00fd anotovan\u00fd s\u00fabor \u00fadajov na identifik\u00e1ciu lesn\u00fdch oblast\u00ed po\u0161koden\u00fdch chrob\u00e1kom polygrafom v \u0161tudovanej oblasti. Tento s\u00fabor \u00fadajov je neocenite\u013en\u00fd pre bud\u00faci v\u00fdskum a monitorovacie \u00fasilie.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>V\u010dasn\u00e9 odhalenie a kvantifik\u00e1cia degrad\u00e1cie lesov pomocou tohto pr\u00edstupu k f\u00fazii \u00fadajov dia\u013ekov\u00e9ho prieskumu Zeme predstavuje v\u00fdznamn\u00fd pr\u00eds\u013eub pre strat\u00e9gie obhospodarovania lesov a ich ochrany. Umo\u017enen\u00edm v\u010dasn\u00fdch opatren\u00ed m\u00f4\u017eu tak\u00e9to technol\u00f3gie pom\u00f4c\u0165 obmedzi\u0165 \u0161\u00edrenie \u0161k\u00f4d a podpori\u0165 postupy udr\u017eate\u013en\u00e9ho obhospodarovania lesov.<\/p>\n<p>Hoci cel\u00fd \u010dl\u00e1nok s podrobnos\u0165ami o tomto v\u00fdskume e\u0161te nebol publikovan\u00fd, tento skor\u00fd abstrakt zd\u00f4raz\u0148uje potenci\u00e1l integr\u00e1cie \u00fadajov dia\u013ekov\u00e9ho prieskumu Zeme s pokro\u010dil\u00fdmi technikami strojov\u00e9ho u\u010denia s cie\u013eom rie\u0161i\u0165 naliehav\u00fd probl\u00e9m degrad\u00e1cie lesov.
