Ces pratiques entra\u00eenent une accumulation et une concentration accrues de gaz \u00e0 effet de serre (GES) dans notre atmosph\u00e8re.<\/p>\r\n<p>Le probl\u00e8me principal r\u00e9side dans les \u00e9missions de CO2. Il en r\u00e9sulte que nous, \u00eatres humains, sommes de plus en plus t\u00e9moins de l&#039;effet de serre et du r\u00e9chauffement climatique.<\/p>\r\n<h2>Les \u00e9missions de CO2 ne diminuent pas<\/h2>\r\n<p>\u00c9missions mondiales de <a href=\"https:\/\/geopard.tech\/fr\/blog\/moyens-de-reduire-les-emissions-de-dioxyde-de-carbone-dans-lagriculture\/\">dioxyde de carbone<\/a> Les \u00e9missions de CO2 ont augment\u00e9 de fa\u00e7on constante depuis environ 1800. Entre 2014 et 2016, elles sont rest\u00e9es globalement stables, laissant esp\u00e9rer une r\u00e9duction. Mais elles ont ensuite recommenc\u00e9 \u00e0 augmenter en 2017, ainsi qu&#039;en 2018 et 2019. En 2018, elles ont m\u00eame connu une croissance plus rapide qu&#039;\u00e0 aucun autre moment depuis 2010-2011.<a href=\"https:\/\/www.theworldcounts.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow\">La source<\/a>)<\/p>\r\n<p>Les \u00e9missions de CO2 dues aux activit\u00e9s humaines ont fait passer la concentration de dioxyde de carbone dans l&#039;atmosph\u00e8re terrestre d&#039;environ 275 parties par million (ppm) avant la r\u00e9volution industrielle \u00e0 plus de 410 en 2020.<\/p>\r\n<p>La temp\u00e9rature moyenne mondiale \u00e0 la surface en janvier 2022 \u00e9tait de 1,60 \u00b0F (0,89 \u00b0C). Il s&#039;agit du sixi\u00e8me mois de janvier le plus chaud enregistr\u00e9 en 143 ans (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncei.noaa.gov\/news\/global-climate-202201#:~:text=Monthly%20Global%20Temperature,in%20the%20143-year%20record.\" rel=\"nofollow\">La source<\/a>Selon l&#039;ONU, les concentrations de gaz \u00e0 effet de serre augmentent beaucoup trop rapidement pour limiter le r\u00e9chauffement climatique \u00e0 1,5 \u00b0C.<\/p>\r\n<h2>Causes des \u00e9missions de CO2<\/h2>\r\n<p>Les \u00e9missions de CO2 proviennent principalement de la combustion des \u00e9nergies fossiles, comme le charbon, le p\u00e9trole et le gaz. En 2018, les chiffres \u00e9taient les suivants\u00a0:<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Charbon : 14,7 milliards de tonnes<\/li>\r\n<li>P\u00e9trole : 12,4 milliards de tonnes<\/li>\r\n<li>Gaz : 7,5 milliards de tonnes<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>Les principaux secteurs \u00e9metteurs de CO2\u00a0:<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Production d&#039;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 et de chaleur : 49,01 TP3T<\/li>\r\n<li>Transport : 20,5%<\/li>\r\n<li>Industries manufacturi\u00e8res et de la construction : 20,0%<\/li>\r\n<li>Autres secteurs : 10,5%<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>Principaux pays \u00e9metteurs de CO2\u00a0: Les cinq principaux pays \u00e9metteurs de CO2 sont (en m\u00e9gatonnes)\u00a0:<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Chine : 10065<\/li>\r\n<li>\u00c9tats-Unis : 5416<\/li>\r\n<li>Inde : 2654<\/li>\r\n<li>Russie : 1711<\/li>\r\n<li>Japon : 1162 (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.theworldcounts.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow\">La source<\/a>)<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>Dans ce contexte, les cr\u00e9dits ou programmes de compensation carbone constituent un m\u00e9canisme comptable permettant aux entreprises \u00e0 fortes \u00e9missions de carbone de remplir leurs obligations en mati\u00e8re de responsabilit\u00e9 environnementale et de participer \u00e0 de tels programmes pour compenser leur empreinte carbone.<\/p>\r\n<p>En r\u00e9sum\u00e9, les entreprises et les particuliers souhaitant r\u00e9duire leur empreinte carbone ach\u00e8tent des cr\u00e9dits carbone. Ces cr\u00e9dits repr\u00e9sentent la r\u00e9duction des \u00e9missions de gaz \u00e0 effet de serre, mesur\u00e9e selon un indicateur v\u00e9rifiable et quantifiable. Autrement dit, chaque cr\u00e9dit carbone correspond \u00e0 la suppression d&#039;une tonne de carbone de la production totale d&#039;une entreprise.<\/p>\r\n<p>La r\u00e9duction des \u00e9missions de gaz \u00e0 effet de serre passe par des projets certifi\u00e9s d&#039;action climatique. Les initiatives de conservation de l&#039;environnement comprennent des efforts de reboisement, la pr\u00e9servation des puits de carbone et la recherche environnementale, contribuant ainsi \u00e0 compenser les \u00e9missions de carbone et \u00e0 freiner l&#039;augmentation des niveaux de CO2.<\/p>\r\n<p>En mati\u00e8re d&#039;achat de cr\u00e9dits compensatoires carbone, les entreprises cherchant \u00e0 r\u00e9duire leur empreinte carbone peuvent trouver de nombreuses soci\u00e9t\u00e9s priv\u00e9es qui fournissent des cr\u00e9dits compensatoires carbone et qui jouent un r\u00f4le important dans le d\u00e9veloppement de la foresterie et la r\u00e9duction de l&#039;empreinte carbone.<\/p>\r\n<h2>Types de gaz \u00e0 effet de serre<\/h2>\r\n<p>Il est ind\u00e9niable que le changement climatique est d\u00e9clench\u00e9 par l&#039;effet de serre. Dans notre atmosph\u00e8re, plusieurs compos\u00e9s chimiques agissent comme des gaz \u00e0 effet de serre, pi\u00e9geant la chaleur et l&#039;emp\u00eachant de la lib\u00e9rer dans l&#039;espace, ce qui entra\u00eene un r\u00e9chauffement climatique.<\/p>\r\n<p>Si une partie des gaz \u00e0 effet de serre est d&#039;origine naturelle, les activit\u00e9s humaines ont entra\u00een\u00e9 la concentration d&#039;une autre. Les gaz industriels, en particulier, sont exclusivement le r\u00e9sultat de l&#039;activit\u00e9 humaine. De mani\u00e8re inqui\u00e9tante, sa concentration dans notre atmosph\u00e8re avait grimp\u00e9 en fl\u00e8che pour atteindre 48 % de son niveau pr\u00e9industriel en 2020.<\/p>\r\n<p>D&#039;ailleurs, le CO2 n&#039;est pas le seul gaz \u00e0 effet de serre produit par les activit\u00e9s humaines. Nos activit\u00e9s ont \u00e9galement entra\u00een\u00e9 l&#039;\u00e9mission d&#039;autres gaz, mais en quantit\u00e9s relativement plus faibles.<\/p>\r\n<p>Tout comme le CO2, l&#039;oxyde nitreux est un gaz persistant qui s&#039;accumule dans l&#039;atmosph\u00e8re pendant des p\u00e9riodes tr\u00e8s longues, pouvant atteindre plusieurs centaines d&#039;ann\u00e9es. En revanche, le m\u00e9thane, bien plus dangereux que le CO2, a une dur\u00e9e de vie relativement courte.<\/p>\r\n<p>Hormis cela, les causes naturelles ont jou\u00e9 un r\u00f4le infime dans le r\u00e9chauffement climatique total. Entre 1890 et 2010, ces causes, telles que les \u00e9ruptions volcaniques et le rayonnement solaire, seraient responsables d&#039;une variation de temp\u00e9rature inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 \u00b10,1 \u00b0C, selon les estimations.<\/p>\r\n<h2>Les gaz \u00e0 effet de serre comme cause du r\u00e9chauffement climatique<\/h2>\r\n<p>Actuellement, le r\u00e9chauffement climatique, accentu\u00e9 par les activit\u00e9s humaines, s&#039;acc\u00e9l\u00e8re \u00e0 un rythme sans pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent de 0,2 \u00b0C tous les dix ans. En 2019, la temp\u00e9rature moyenne mondiale a atteint 1,1 \u00b0C au-dessus des niveaux pr\u00e9industriels, et la d\u00e9cennie la plus chaude jamais enregistr\u00e9e s&#039;est d\u00e9roul\u00e9e entre 2011 et 2020.<\/p>\r\n<p>Il est important de noter que si le r\u00e9chauffement climatique atteint 2,0 \u00b0C au-dessus des niveaux pr\u00e9industriels, les cons\u00e9quences seront graves pour l&#039;environnement, affectant directement notre s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et notre sant\u00e9. De plus, nous serons expos\u00e9s \u00e0 des changements environnementaux catastrophiques \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9chelle mondiale. C&#039;est pourquoi la communaut\u00e9 internationale a intensifi\u00e9 ses efforts pour limiter cette hausse inqui\u00e9tante des temp\u00e9ratures \u00e0 1,5 \u00b0C.<\/p>\r\n<h2>Cycles des gaz \u00e0 effet de serre en agriculture<\/h2>\r\n<p>Les gaz \u00e0 effet de serre se d\u00e9placent et se transforment lorsqu&#039;ils circulent dans nos syst\u00e8mes agricoles. Ce processus entra\u00eene l&#039;absorption et le rejet de ces gaz sur des \u00e9chelles de temps variables et en quantit\u00e9s diverses. Examinons l&#039;impact de certains gaz \u00e0 effet de serre sur l&#039;agriculture.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>1. Oxyde nitreux (N2O)<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>Les principaux \u00e9l\u00e9ments lib\u00e9rant du protoxyde d&#039;azote sont les engrais azot\u00e9s, le remaniement des sols, le fumier et l&#039;urine. Voyons comment le N\u2082O se propage dans l&#039;atmosph\u00e8re et le paysage.<\/p>\r\n<p>La d\u00e9nitrification et la volatilisation des engrais ur\u00e9e entra\u00eenent la lib\u00e9ration d&#039;oxyde nitreux.<br \/>La foudre absorbe \u00e9galement du N\u2082O, qui retombe ensuite sous forme de pluie. M\u00e9thane (CH4)<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>Les principaux \u00e9l\u00e9ments \u00e9metteurs de m\u00e9thane (CH4) sont la riziculture, l&#039;extraction du charbon, les rizi\u00e8res, les d\u00e9charges et l&#039;\u00e9levage de ruminants comme les moutons et les vaches. Son potentiel de r\u00e9chauffement climatique est sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 celui du dioxyde de carbone (CO2), atteignant 25 fois plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 sur une p\u00e9riode d&#039;un si\u00e8cle. \u00c0 ce propos, examinons comment le CH4 se propage dans l&#039;atmosph\u00e8re et le paysage.<\/p>\r\n<p>Lors de la digestion, du CH4 est produit par la r\u00e9action chimique entre le carbone et l&#039;hydrog\u00e8ne.<br \/>Les rots des vaches et des moutons provoquent la lib\u00e9ration de m\u00e9thane.<\/p>\r\n<p>Il y a \u00e9galement lib\u00e9ration de faibles quantit\u00e9s de m\u00e9thane lors de la fermentation de l&#039;urine et des excr\u00e9ments d&#039;animaux, qui produit de l&#039;\u00e9nergie en l&#039;absence d&#039;oxyg\u00e8ne (conditions ana\u00e9robies). Techniques nucl\u00e9aires<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>Parall\u00e8lement, identifier la source de production d&#039;oxyde nitreux est essentiel pour r\u00e9duire ses \u00e9missions. En mati\u00e8re de mesure de l&#039;impact sur le changement climatique, les techniques nucl\u00e9aires offrent des avantages consid\u00e9rables par rapport aux techniques traditionnelles.<\/p>\r\n<p>La technique dite de l&#039;isotope azote-15, en particulier, aide les scientifiques \u00e0 trouver la source de sa production.<\/p>\r\n<p>Les scientifiques utilisent fr\u00e9quemment une autre technique appel\u00e9e isotope stable du carbone 13, qui consiste \u00e0 utiliser l&#039;abondance naturelle du carbone 13 pr\u00e9sent dans l&#039;environnement, pour \u00e9valuer les sources de carbone s\u00e9questr\u00e9 et la qualit\u00e9 des sols.<\/p>\r\n<p>L&#039;am\u00e9lioration de la productivit\u00e9 et de l&#039;efficacit\u00e9 avec des ressources limit\u00e9es est grandement facilit\u00e9e par cette technique, qui permet d&#039;identifier plusieurs combinaisons de travail du sol, de rotation des cultures et de couverture du sol \u00e0 cet \u00e9gard.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>3.
