Need ohud kahjustavad nii looduslike metsade kui ka metsaistanduste tervist, vastupidavust ja tootlikkust.<\/p>\n<p>Nende probleemide t\u00f5hus lahendamine n\u00f5uab varajast avastamist ja tegutsemist, mis on suurtel aladel keeruline. Selle olulisust teadvustades on teadlased v\u00e4lja t\u00f6\u00f6tanud uued Maa vaatlusandmetel p\u00f5hinevad tehnoloogiad metsade seisundi halvenemise j\u00e4lgimiseks ja ohjamiseks.<\/p>\n<p>Hiljutine uuring tutvustab masin\u00f5ppel p\u00f5hinevat l\u00e4henemisviisi kahjustatud metsade tuvastamiseks, kasutades Sentinel-2 avatud l\u00e4htekoodiga kaugseire pilte, mida toetavad Google Earthi andmed.
